About Me

Paige K. Castellini – Interior Designer/Owner, PC Design LLC.

After working as a Designer for over 13 years, I wanted to be able to reach a new demographic giving people an "Affordable" option for Interior Design. Hourly fees start as low as $25 for simple Advice and Ideas. People, definitely, can justify spending that amount versus spending $100 for one hour, and not get much "Bang" for their “Buck”.

How Does the Virtual Interior Design Process Work?

I think the best way to tell you about this process is to give you an example.

Let say you are looking to re-do your living room but have no idea where to start and are just tired of what's there. You can email 4-6 photo's of the room from different views (corners or outside a door into the room) and send a description of what you are looking to do and the budget you are working within (if you can't that's ok…remember, No budget is too big or too small). It doesn't have to be a lot, but enough to give us an idea. We'll reply to your email that it has been received. We then go through and put some ideas together for a "Starting Plan". At that point we will contact you, discuss the fee (you can use the hand PayPal feature on our website), and decide if you want to implement the design or you would like us to do it for you.

It's very simple, commitment free and "Virtually" inexpensive. You decide what you want to do, in the time frame you want to do it in. NO pressure!

Prices range from $25 to $250 depending on how involved you would like us to be. At the lower end, you are looking at help with choosing a paint color for a room. When you start getting into the higher range; you’ll receive a variety of selections, including; drafted floorplans (you can also request virtual 3-D floorplan images) as well as color swatches (you will receive large paper samples of the colors to put on your wall) all depending on what your Design needs are.

For more information please visit the Virtual Interior Design page.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people making are...

Being afraid of using color by limiting themselves to what they call "Neutral" shades. (white, cream, beige, taupe and off-white). There are sooo many color choices available and ways to include color in into your plan, it's just a matter of finding the right one's that work together in your home.

What Inspires me...

My inspiration comes from looking at "Home" magazines, reading trade articles, looking online at manufacturer sites, design blogs and retail sites to see what is “out there” AND what people are buying. I also like to get out myself, and shop around to see what stores are displaying and see what people there are buying.
